The first TweetUp took place on February 7, 2008 at Shorty's, a bar on Court Avenue underneath a closed-down grocery store. Andy Brudtkuhl @abrudtkuhl, Jake Kerber @jakekerber, Scott Phillips @scottatdrake, Mike Sansone @mikesansone, Mike Templeton @miketempleton and Nathan Wright @nathantwright were in attendance (6 Twitterers).
